My Master Teacher asked me today, Whats wrong son? I told him i wanna know what does it all mean. Im trying to figure out Life. When I told my Master Teacher im trying to figure out Life he said: " There's so much to life that You cant figure it Out." " You'll go Crazy trying to figure out Life." To figure out Life start by learning from your mistakes & other ppl mistakes. If you try 2 learn from everybody mistakes you'll learn where they went wrong in Life Then you want make the same mistakes. Always try 2 have some type of control of your surroundings.There's always Cause N affect. Life is a cause and affect. You have 2 Sacrifice something to get to the next level. Sacrifice a little to Gain alot. Youre either going to be a TeaBag or Carrots! The water changes Carrots N the TeaBag changes the water! What type of person do U wanna be? Once U figure out what youre going to be: TeaBag or Carrots " Stick to the Path " ONce u make the neccessary Sacrifices N Steps in your Life then you'll See Your Path. #StickToThePath ONce You See your Path & if YOu stick to it, then you will find yourself with a purpose in Life! If you take the easy Route, its easy to lose it & then you will lose yourself. If you take the Hard Road you will appreciate it & most likely not lose it. If you work Hard for your money you'll keep it. Easy Money Goes Easy. Strength, Discipline, Patience, Humbleness & Knowledge are some of the Rewards you GEt from Hard Work. #StickToThePath! You can strip Me to Nothing. I will still have Strength, Discipline,Patience, Humbleness & KNowledge. These are the Rewards from Hard Work. I can't See the Store, my Faith tells Me it's their so I walk the Path & don't give up until I Find the Store! On your path of Goals, You never know whats going to Happen but things are going to Happen. Youre more Precise when your Rested. Six days work and take a seventh day off to Restore your energy to #StickTothePath. Each goal You accomplish is the next step towards your Destiny. Set short term goals that you know you can reach once you reach it you'll be hungry for another one. Always ask questions. If you dont know even if you do know still ask! Get to know people to understand people. No matter age, sex, color or status. Once you get to know people then you'll understand human beings and why they do what you do! I got to know people to be comfortable and learn how to talk with people in order to benefit. Once youre comfortable with people you will know how to talk to people, get out of bad situations and gain assest to your life. Everytime you meet someone get to know them by asking questions and listening. Always listen to people, it lets them know youre listening; it shows them that you care about what their saying and then people will open up to you and feel comfortable with you. Then you've gained a friend, a partner or soul mate. Always pay attention to everything you do then you've eliminated alot of mistakes. If you find yourself competing with your circle, you need to start planning a exit strategy or find yourself running in circles. The windshield is bigger than Rearview Mirrors. Rearview Mirrors is where you came from,so focus on the Windshield its where youre going!
Growth is important in this World, if you dont GRow your Ambition Dies. Set your Bar low in the beging. where you set it at thats your 100%. Only you know what you can do. If you set your standards to High and dont meet them you'll lose confidence. Set a standard then meet that standard everyday, thats your 100%. Always try to Rise above your standard or somebody else will. If the Heart Stops then your Life stops existing. It's alot of none existing people in the World. Don't ever have personal relationships with employees. It takes you from being Superior to being on their Level. If you have a personal Relationship with employees, in their eyes youre just a person with a Higher Rank. Respect will be lost in time. If people know you stick to your Rules you'll be Respected & Recgonized. Your Rules Establish YOu. If you stick to your Rules 100% you'll always come out on top. If youre in Business dont have one accounting have two. A good Business Man is Disciplined to Himself. Once you break one Rule it makes another weaker. If you have 10 rules for yourself you just built your foundation. If you break one Rule you weaken your Foundation. Dont every start a Business by yourself always look for partners Always invest back into your company It helps you from Going Out of Business. Once their is a crack then a Leak will start. All cracks get Bigger & when it does you start to Crumble. Never Let'em see you sweat. Self Discipline starts within you 1st at Home. Make your Morals & Rules Based on what youre doing. If you have four people in your Circle & everybody breaking their own Rules but not you, you'll Rise Above them! Always Invest back into your Company. When it comes to Business, Partying is Out. Once you get to that Status then You can Play. You have to set Rules and Guidelines for yourself. Your Rules are your Foundation. It keeps you Grounded. #RUlesForMyself: #1. Keep the Money in the Family #2. Keep Business and Personal Seperated. #3. Don't shit where you sleep. Set Rules and Standards for yourself and Dont ever break'em b/c if you break one you'll Break another. In whatever youre Doing you should see yourself doing it before you do it. If a person ask you where do you see yourself in a ten years and you cant answer them then that lets them know youre not about shit. If the pictures not clear How can you see it?
